Placement & Assessment Services
Aspen Grove provides specialist placement and assessment services to support care providers in identifying suitable placement opportunities. We work to understand the needs, risks and desired outcomes of prospective individuals, develop an appropriate support package and identify providers with the capability to meet those needs.
Our placement and assessment services can include:
Identifying and reviewing prospective placement opportunities
Comprehensive assessment of individual needs, strengths and desired outcomes
Assessment of risks and required support arrangements
Recommendations around staffing levels and support hours
Development of a proposed person-centred support package
Liaison with commissioners, social workers, and other relevant professionals
Introduction of suitable placement opportunities to providers
Support throughout the initial placement process
